What is deleted

This data is removed permanently and cannot be recovered.

What is retained, and why

The medical records that each hospital holds about you (prescriptions, lab reports, visit history) are retained by that hospital as required by India's medical-record retention laws — they are the hospital's records, not Swar's. Deleting your Swar account removes your patient-app access to them but does not erase the hospital's own records. To amend or erase those, please contact the hospital directly.
